It’s never too early to get an accountant. In fact, the sooner you start working with an accountant, the better. This means that we can ensure everything is done correctly from day one. We can even support you with our company formation services at no extra cost.

Once you onboard with us, we’ll assign you a dedicated accountant you can contact at any time.

We use Xero as our accountancy software application and Hubdoc to store invoices and receipts. Both are included as part of your fee, and you will be given direct access to each account, should you wish to familiarise yourself with the platform.

Yes, definitely. We’ll review your existing records and ensure you’re fully compliant moving forward. We can even prepare your previous year’s accounts and tax returns, too.

Yes, this is included as part of our service. To do this, we obtain special agents’ access (with your permission), meaning you’ll never have to deal with HMRC directly again. Unless you want to, of course!

Not at all. If, for whatever reason, you feel that we are not the best accountants for you, you are always free to part ways with us. No hard feelings, no judgment.

Yes. You can either pay in monthly instalments or as a one-off annual fee. However, we usually encourage monthly instalments as spreading the cost is beneficial for cash flow. That said, you are more than welcome to pay an annual fee if you wish to.
