We get it - every business is unique and has different needs. This is why we tailor our fees to the services you require.

 

We believe that pricing transparency is important, which is why our fees are fixed - unlike traditional firms, we don’t charge by the hour and you will never need to pay for asking a question, or worry about an unexpected bill. With our fixed fee pricing structure, you’ll have peace of mind over your accountancy costs.

  • Who do you work with?
    We work with all sorts of people & their businesses, from freelancers to limited companies, startups to well-established organisations. We think we'll be an even better fit for you if you're a service-based business with less than 5 employees.
  • Is it easy to switch accountants?
    It's very easy! Simply just let your accountant know that you're switching and we'll make contact (with your permission) to request everything we need.
  • I haven't set up my company yet - is it too early to get an accountant?
    Not at all! The sooner you start working with an accountant, the better, as you can ensure that everything is being done correctly from day 1. We can even form your company for you, which we offer at no extra cost.
  • Will I have a point of contact?
    Absolutely - all our clients have their very own dedicated accountant which they can contact at any time.
  • What software do you work with?
    We work with Xero. We have tried and tested most accountancy software applications and Xero is our all-time favourite. We find that Xero is slick, functions well with other apps and is easy to use for beginners. We also use Hubdoc to store invoices and receipts, meaning that you can dispose of any physical paperwork (yay!). Both Xero and Hubdoc are included as part of your fee and you will have direct access to each account, should you wish to familiarise yourself with these platforms.
  • Can I start working with you part way through my financial year?
    Absolutely, and we can even prepare your previous year's accounts and tax return too.
  • Will you be able to liaise with HMRC on my behalf?
    We sure can - that's all included as part of our service. We will need to get special agent's access in place in order to do this (which we'll obtain on your behalf) and then you'll be freed from ever having to deal with HMRC directly again!
  • Will I be tied into a contract?
    Not at all - we firmly believe that everybody should work with the best accountant for them and if for whatever reason you feel that we are not the right fit for you, you are free to part ways with us - no commitments and no hard feelings.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! We actually encourage it. Most of our clients pay in monthly instalments, rather than as a one-off annual fee. We personally believe that this works best for everyone and spreading the cost is great for cash flow. That said - you are free to pay in one lump sum if you wish to.
  • Do you offer consultation calls?
    Yes, and we'd love to meet you! Feel free to book a discovery call by contacting us.
